Things to be observed by students before being admitted to study in any of the courses in any Institution. One of these which include meeting the required cut of mark for each schools as well as the courses itself. It is very easy to obtain admission if one has met the required cut off mark for the admission into a particular course.

Cut off mark is an agreed score set by a particular institution as a basic of admitting students into the department of study.

This score is usually accredited to candidates based on their performance in a particular examination. However, students who have scored above the required cut off mark will be given admission and preferentially treated in admission process above those who have met the exacts cut off mark.

JAMB Fixed Cut-off Mark

Jamb fixed cut off mark for IAUE is 140.

You might ask questions like: I had 140 and above but was not still given the admission to study my desired course?

Mostly any Candidates with higher scores are first considered in admission basics candidates with lower scores though might meet the cut off mark of 140 may likely not be admitted. In fact, it is the higher your scores, the higher the chance of being admitted.

Departmental Cut off Mark

The school does not really have a specific cut off mark for courses. However, candidates who have scored a minimum of one 140 in UTME examination is eligible to apply for admission into any of their choice courses.

The cut off marks for IAUE is 140 for All Courses

Due to the high number of students wishing to study in the institution the admission processes is competitive and an admission is given based on JAMB score and O level grades.

All aspirants and candidates can now proceed and check their the IAUE 2019/2020 departmental cut off marks, and check if they will be admitted or not.

Only the candidates that wrote the 2019/2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and chose Ignatius Ajuru University of Education as their first and second choice, and scored 140 and above, including those who may not have chosen the university but are interested in studying at the institution as well as candidates with visual, hearing and speech impairment who scored 100 and above.

Please if your first choice institution is IAUE and you did not make the above stated cut off mark, I will advise you to change your Institution to another school that you are qualified.

All candidate that participated in the Joint Admission and Matriculations Board (JAMB) 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are check their result here online.

This is to inform all that candidates that  participated in the Joint Admission and Matriculations Board (JAMB) 2019/2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) that they can now check their results.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has released the results of 1,792,719 candidates that sat for the 2019 UTME, while the results of 34,120 candidates have been witheld for various infractions.
